A917 Elie roadworks complete

95 returns to Kilconquhar and A917 fully reopened

As of Saturday 9th March the A917 has fully reopened between Elie and the B942 and the X60 has returned to its normal route.

This is a week earlier than allowed for in the original roadworks timetable.

For historical purposes, here is the notification of the earlier completion of the first phase:

As of Saturday 24th February the 95 has returned to its normal route through Kilconquhar, Elie and St Monans.

The A917 roadworks continue between Shell Bay Road End and the B942 so the X60 is following the same route as the 95!

The Stagecoach announcement for this phase of the works indicates that the X60 WILL NOT STOP on its diverted route - so if you are travelling to or from Kilconquhar or Colinsburgh you will still need to catch the 95. This restriction is hoped to help keep the X60 operating close to timetable…

The roadworks are scheduled to finish by Friday 15th March at the latest.
